What we produce

Every kind of illustration you need, all locked to one consistent style.

01

Custom icon sets

A full icon family drawn to one grid and one line weight, so your product UI and your website finally read as one thing, not two.

02

Brand illustration style

One signature look, built once and written down, then reused across your site and campaigns instead of redrawn from scratch every time.

03

Spot illustrations

Small drawn moments for blog posts and feature callouts that keep a reader moving instead of bouncing off a wall of text.

04

Editorial illustration

Cover art and inside drawings for reports and long-form guides, the piece people actually stop and look at.

05

Character design

A recurring character or mascot with a fixed look and a full set of poses, ready to reuse for years instead of one drawing you outgrow in a month.

06

Infographic illustration

Drawn diagrams and data pictures that make a dense idea click, without dumbing it down into something childish.

And more, anywhere a custom drawing beats a stock photo.

One style that holds across every asset, not a folder of mismatched files.

Buy illustration one piece at a time, from whoever is free that week, and you end up with six drawings by six different hands that never add up to a brand. We do the opposite. We set the style once and keep drawing inside it, so your tenth asset still looks like it came from the same place as your first.

Freelancers Great for one drawing. The second illustrator almost never matches the first one's hand.
vs
Moonb The same hands draw every asset, so your tenth icon still matches your first.
Marketplaces Templates thousands of other brands have already downloaded.
vs
Moonb Every piece drawn from scratch for you, so no other brand owns your set.
Hiring in-house One illustrator, one style, one point of failure. They take leave, output stops.
vs
Moonb A team plus a Creative Director who owns the style guide, so one day off never stops the work.
Our take

Stock illustration makes every brand blur into the next.

You've seen the same purple gradient people and floating disembodied hands on a hundred sites. Everyone licensed the same pack, so everyone looks the same. Reusing the exact art your competitor already bought is a strange way to try to stand out.

Custom illustration is slower, and that's the point. A style drawn for you reaches the places a logo can't, the empty states, the sidebar spots, the report cover. Once it exists, every new asset comes faster, because there's already a visual language to draw inside.

How illustration works with your team

You get an illustrator and a Creative Director who keeps the style consistent as the work piles up. Early on, we agree the look and write it into a short style guide: the grid, the line weight, the palette, the rules for what's on-brand. After that, you send requests through the week and get drawings back on a steady rhythm, already inside the style. Forty icons for a launch or one cover for a report, the quality holds either way. Files arrive layered, named, and organized in the formats your team actually opens, so nothing gets rebuilt later.

Why brands keep an illustrator on call

Stock illustration is why so many sites feel related. The same flat characters, the same three poses, wearing forty different logos. Custom illustration is the cheapest way out of that lineup: a visual voice that is actually yours, applied by the same hands across the site, the deck, and every launch after. The first pieces set the voice, and everything else inherits it.

Illustration We Draw

One style, drawn once, applied everywhere your brand shows up.

  • Hero and site illustrations
  • Spot illustrations and icons
  • Character systems
  • Editorial and blog art
  • Product and empty states
  • Social and campaign art
  • Print and packaging art
  • Animation-ready source files

A voice, not a file

A single illustration is an asset. A system of them is a voice. When the same team draws piece ten, they already know how thick your lines run, how loud your palette gets, and what your characters would never do. That consistency is what makes people recognise a post as yours before they see the logo.

People recognise the drawing before they read the logo.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. If you have existing artwork or even a rough moodboard, we can draw inside it or tighten it up. Starting from nothing, we build the style with you first, get your sign-off, then apply it everywhere so nothing drifts.

You own the final artwork outright, source files and all. We hand over layered, editable files, so your team can recolor, crop, or extend a piece later without coming back to us for every small change.

It depends on complexity. Simple spot icons move fast, detailed editorial pieces take longer. We size the work with you up front and deliver on a steady weekly rhythm instead of dropping everything at the end, so you can use it as it arrives.

Vector (SVG, AI, EPS) for anything that needs to scale cleanly, plus PNG or PDF exports for immediate use. Icons arrive as a clean, consistently named set your developers can drop straight into a build, no renaming forty files first.

Hand-drawn by illustrators. AI art falls apart on consistency and small detail, and it can't hold one style across forty assets without a face or an icon weight quietly shifting between them. A person can, which is the whole point of a custom set.

Enough to get it right. Illustration is subjective, so we expect notes, especially while we're pinning down the style. Once the look is agreed and in the style guide, later pieces usually need far fewer rounds, because the hard calls are already made.

Less than you'd think. Your logo and brand colors, a sense of where the illustration will live, and a few examples of work you like (and a couple you hate, that helps more). If you have a brand book, great. If not, we build the illustration side of it as we go.
