Interview process
Our interview is a few conversations, not a single call. Everyone goes through the same steps, so it stays fair and the work does the talking.
A first call to get to know you and your work. Tell us your story and show us the pieces you are proudest of. This one is just us meeting each other.
A short brief, sometimes two, close to what we actually do day to day. Less about a perfect answer, more about how you think and the taste you bring. We keep it short and we respect your time.
Time with the person you would actually work with. They will get into your craft and how you handle feedback, and you should grill them right back. Ask anything you want about the role and the team.
Meet the people you would sit next to every day. This is where you feel out how we really work, and whether it clicks. It matters as much for you as for us.
