Moonb is a creative production studio. We give marketing teams an embedded, creative-director-led team for video, design, motion and animation, delivered on a steady weekly rhythm: brand story videos, campaign assets, pitch decks, ad creative, social content. High-quality output, on repeat.

About the Role
We're hiring an in-house Motion Designer to work with us on-site in our studio in Baixa, central Lisbon. You'll design and animate motion graphics for brand videos, campaign assets, social content and ad creative, always aligned to each client's brand.
How you can make an impact
- Take a brief from concept to storyboard to finished animation.
- Design and animate in After Effects and adjacent tools.
- Work directly with our creative director and designers through feedback cycles.
- Adapt assets across formats and platforms.
- Hit a reliable weekly delivery schedule without dropping quality.
Let's connect if you have
- Two or more years of professional motion design experience.
- A reel that shows real craft: timing, rhythm and a strong sense of design, not just template work.
- Fluency in After Effects; a plus if you also work in Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere or Figma.
- Someone who takes direction well and iterates fast.
- Eager and self-driven, excited to help shape the team as it grows.
- Based in Lisbon (or ready to be) with the right to work in Portugal. This role is on-site, not remote.
- We don't care about degrees, diplomas or certificates. Show us the work. Your reel is your CV.
Nice to haves
- 3D motion design (Cinema 4D, Blender or similar).
- Design or illustration skills beyond motion.
- A feel for sound and music editing.
- Experience working to brand guidelines across multiple clients.
