Kimp Pricing in 2026: $1,397 Graphics, $1,397 Video, $1,697 for Both

Kimp's three plans, the list prices behind the current promotion, the seven-day trial, the $19.95 pause, what a team of one project manager and three designers can produce per day, and what reviewers say. Every number sourced.

Screenshot of the Kimp pricing page

Kimp lists three plans on its pricing page: Kimp Graphics at $1,397 a month, Kimp Video at $1,397, and Graphics plus Video together at $1,697. When I checked, a banner offered “50% Off the first 4 months,” which shows the plans at $698.50, $698.50 and $848.50 for that period before they revert to list. All three are monthly memberships you can cancel any time, with a seven-day trial, a $19.95 pause and, in Kimp’s own words, “Unlimited Graphic Design & Videos. A Flat Monthly Fee.” The interesting part is what “unlimited” means when a team of one project manager and three designers is doing the work, and Kimp is unusually specific about that.

I co-founded Moonb, and Kimp is a lower-priced rival in the same broad market, so weigh that as you read. Every figure links to its source. Two things to know before you compare prices elsewhere: Kimp’s prices are loaded onto the page by script and shown in your local currency, so screenshots from other countries will differ, and older third-party reviews quote an entry price far below today’s. Kimp’s own March 2026 post confirms “$1397/month,” so treat anything lower as stale.

If you only want the numbers:

  • Kimp Graphics: $1,397 a month, three active requests, dedicated design team and project manager, 24-hour turnaround on simple work
  • Kimp Video: $1,397 a month, two active requests, dedicated video team
  • Graphics + Video: $1,697 a month, five active requests across both
  • Terms: month to month, cancel any time, seven-day trial with a card on file, pause for $19.95 a month, no refunds for inactivity

The three plans

Kimp monthly price, list vs first-four-months promotion, USD From kimp.io/pricing, USD, at the time of writing. The promotion was live on the day I checked; list applies from month five. List price Promotion Kimp Graphics $1,397 $698.50 Kimp Video $1,397 $698.50 Graphics + Video $1,697 $848.50 Bars are to scale. Quarterly, bi-annual and annual rates exist but are not published.

Kimp Graphics lists “Unlimited Requests,” “Unlimited Revisions,” “Unlimited Brands,” “No Contract,” “24 Hour Turnaround,” “3 Active Requests,” “Dedicated Design Team,” “Dedicated Project Manager,” “Free Stock Images,” “Source Files” and the “KIMP360 Design Management” platform. The work covers print and digital design, custom illustrations, basic GIFs, landing pages, website, app and UI design, and Canva designs.

Kimp Video has the same terms with “2 Active Requests,” a “Dedicated Video Team,” and stock images, videos and audio included. It covers video editing, animation, video design and motion graphics, GIFs, template customisation and UI/UX animations.

Graphics + Video combines both at $1,697, with “5 Active Requests” and a “Dedicated Design & Video Team.” The page calls it “Best Value” and states the monthly saving against buying both separately; the static page and the live price layer disagree on that saving figure, so do your own subtraction: $1,397 twice is $2,794, so the combined plan is $1,097 less.

What the capacity really is

Most services in this category hide the maths. Kimp publishes it. Its how-it-works page says “Your team is made up of 1 Project Manager and 3 designers who specialize in different types of design,” that on Graphics they “will allocate 2-2.5 hours each business day” to your three tasks in progress, and on Video the team handles “2 tasks in progress.” For video specifically it commits to “1 30-60 second animated video, every 24 hours or 1 10 minute video edit every 2-4 business days.” General turnaround is “24 hours for simple tasks, 2-4 days for complex designs.”

So “unlimited” here means an open queue with roughly two to two and a half hours of production a day on the graphics side. Compare that number with your workload; the banner word is marketing. If you send ten social posts on Monday, you will get them across the week, not on Tuesday. Three active requests at two to two and a half hours a day is roughly 10 to 12 production hours a week; above that, a second membership beats waiting in the queue.

Revisions are unlimited on every plan in Kimp’s words. Kimp says its designers are “full-time Kimp employees, who work remotely in different time zones,” that it “does not outsource work, or work with freelancers,” and that teams are assigned by client region on Monday to Friday business hours. Headquarters is in Markham, Ontario, operating in Eastern time. The homepage reports “275+ Designers & Illustrators,” “600K Designs Delivered” and “60+ Countries Served.” No creative director role appears anywhere on the site; the project manager is your lead. Where the designers are based is not publicly stated.

Terms: trial, pause, cancel, refund

Kimp’s terms are plain. On contracts: “Am I in a long-term contract with you? No. We offer a monthly membership so that at any time you wish to cancel, you can do so hassle-free.” Quarterly, bi-annual and annual memberships exist at lower rates, but the prices are not published; the page tells you to ask on live chat. The trial: “you try us out for 7 days … You are not billed during the trial period. You get billed only after day 7,” with a card collected at sign-up, so cancel inside the seven days if it is not working. The pause is “a flat monthly fee of $19.95,” takes effect at the end of the current period, and locks in “your current subscription fee, regardless of any changes to Kimp pricing,” which is useful if the lower prices in older reviews are anything to go by. Refunds: “we do not offer refunds due to inactivity,” so an unused month is a spent month. Adding two more memberships to an account earns a 10 percent reduction, and an enterprise plan exists by call with no published price. Ask on live chat for the annual figure before the seven-day trial ends, since the pause clause locks whatever rate you are on.

What customers say

Kimp’s review scores are strong for this price band. Trustpilot shows a 4.9 from 353 reviews on a claimed profile. Clutch shows a 4.7 from 30 reviews, listing Markham, Canada, founded 2019, 50 to 249 employees and an hourly rate under $25. G2 shows 4.1 from 16 reviews. The homepage says Kimp is “trusted by over 5,000 businesses of all sizes” and describes its customers as “startups, SMEs, marketers, creative agencies, freelancers, entrepreneurs.”

Who Kimp fits, and who should look elsewhere

A good fit if you need a steady flow of graphics and short videos, you like knowing the daily capacity in hours, you want to try it for a week without paying, and a project manager rather than a creative director is enough leadership for the work.
Look elsewhere if your video work is longer or more produced than a 60-second animation a day, you need a Creative Director who owns the brand, you need same-day turnaround as standard, or you need enterprise terms, which Kimp offers only by call with no published price.

For services around Kimp’s price and above, my colleague’s Kimp alternatives roundup is the next read, and the guide to unlimited video and design services explains what the combined graphics-and-video model tends to deliver. If you are weighing a queue against a directed team, the Design Pickle alternatives piece covers the middle of the market.

Where Moonb comes in

I run Moonb, so one paragraph. We give marketing teams one dedicated creative team, led by a Creative Director, for video, motion and design, on an ongoing monthly basis. That is a different tier from Kimp: a directed team built for campaigns and brand films rather than a queue producing a short video a day, at a price we do not publish, so there is no Moonb row below. The creative-as-a-service guide explains where each model fits.

Two videos on what a video budget buys

Wistia’s One, Ten, One Hundred experiment, commissioning the same ad at $1,000, $10,000 and $100,000, is the clearest demonstration of what each video budget tier buys, and where a daily-animation plan sits on that scale.

The DesignSingapore Council’s presentation of McKinsey’s Business Value of Design research is the case for treating design as a budget line rather than a cost to minimise.

Frequently asked questions

It was live when I checked and labelled as limited time, and Kimp's page carried an older saving figure at the same moment, so treat promotions as changeable. Plan on the list price from month five. The pause option locks whatever rate you are paying, which is worth using if you expect a quiet period.

Kimp allocates roughly two to two and a half hours of production per business day across three active graphics requests, so a simple piece comes back in 24 hours and a complex one in two to four days. Ten requests sent at once will arrive across the week, not the next morning.

Its video plan is built around one 30 to 60 second animation every 24 hours or one ten-minute edit every two to four business days, with two requests active at a time. A produced brand film or a campaign with many cuts sits outside that cadence and is better served by a directed video team.
